No engagement until agreed

Submitting an enquiry or documents does not create a consultant-client relationship. An engagement begins only when scope, deliverables, fees, programme and terms have been agreed in writing.

Accuracy and reliance

Planetview aims to keep website information current but does not warrant that all content is complete or suitable for a particular project. You should obtain advice appropriate to the project circumstances before relying on general information.

Drafting and certification

Drafting services support documentation and coordination. Regulated engineering design, certification or statutory approval is not included unless expressly stated and arranged through an appropriately qualified professional.

Downloadable resources

Checklists and templates are provided as general working aids. They may not cover every contractual, technical, safety or statutory requirement applicable to a tender or project.

Intellectual property

Website content and Planetview resources remain the intellectual property of Planetview Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may use downloaded resources internally but must not resell or misrepresent them as your own work.

Project enquiries

Planetview may accept or decline work based on scope, capacity, conflicts, competence, timeframe and available information. Response and delivery periods are agreed for each engagement.
